The proposed sitemap reorganises the library's site around what a visitor arrives wanting to do — borrow something, book a space, bring a child to an event, or get research help. Today's navigation names departments: Circulation, Reference, Outreach, Technical Services. A visitor who wants to renew a book has to know which of those owns renewals. The proposal replaces departments with the four questions people actually arrive with, and files every page under the one that answers it.現行導覽以部門命名：流通、參考、推廣、技術服務。想續借的讀者必須先知道續借歸哪個部門管。本提案改以讀者實際帶著進站的四個問題編排，每個頁面歸屬於能回答它的那一個。

A page belongs to the section that answers the question a visitor was holding when they arrived. Where two questions lead to the same page, both routes are built — the page has one home and several doors.頁面歸屬於能回答讀者來訪問題的那個區塊。若兩個問題導向同一頁面，兩條路徑都會建立 —— 頁面只有一個家，但有多道門。
